التجربة: انا صراحه خذيت ال GS هنا عشان ابي ارتاح واذاكر فا اللي حاب يجتهد ويثبت نفسه غالباً كلامي ماراح يفيدك فا اللي يبي يرتاح بالجي اس يعتبر خيار كويس وفي بعض الفرق أغلب الأيام تطلع بدري وبعض الايام مايكون فيه مرضى اصلا فا مايكون فيه دوام بس توقع ان تخلي احد يوقع عنك وخلاص (باقي التيمز ماعرف بالضبط كيف بس حسب اللي اعرفه ان وضعهم كويس ومافي كرف ودوام طويل) الاونكولات غالبا يمشونك

الإيجابيات: الدكاتره كويسين كلهم صراحه، عندك وقت تذاكر للاختبار، ساعات الدوام تعتبر مب طويله

Experience: There was usually time to study, although operating-room days were longer. On-call work could continue until around 10 PM.

Advantages: The upper-GI service had a relatively low workload. The hospital was clean, had a library and offered convenient parking. Attendance monitoring was reportedly light, and there were three on-calls.

Disadvantages: The working environment could sometimes feel unsupportive. The 8 AM morning meeting offered limited value to this respondent, while the acute-care service had a high workload.

Tips: Be clear about your learning goals, tell your resident before leaving, and attend all scheduled on-calls.
