Experience: Overall the rotation was good and easy. This experience for non intrested interns: They divide us into 4 specialities each specialty for one week 1- Pediatric ENT: was the best of them I just attend one day 2- otology: did not attend the whole week again if you said you are not interested they will say dont come 3- H&N: this was the only speciality that really cared about attendance, not interesting, full of complicated cases, but I only attend clinics/rounds no OR 4- rhinology: only attend 2 days clinic
Advantages: If you are not intrested they said dont come + I did not attend any OR i told them that I want clinics/rounds only
Disadvantages: Head and neck rotation was full of complicated cases, in this rotation you are attached to a resident sometimes they will cover another specialty, in the end of rotation all interns are evaluated by one consultant this is most likely will lead to random evaluation.
